Damaged Product

You must thoroughly inspect your item at the time of delivery. In the event that you received a damaged product, make sure the receipts are noted accordingly and the delivery driver gives you a copy. Call 844-717-7267 to process a claim as soon as possible. A customer service representative will review the details regarding the claim procedure and process the replacement shipment, if applicable, at that time.

Missing Product

List any missing item(s) on the delivery receipt before signing, and call 844-717-7267 immediately. We will contact the freight terminals to have their locations searched. If the item is not located, the claim process will pay for the replacement product.

Discount Ramps cannot be held liable for damaged or missing items that are not noted on the delivery receipt.

Notwithstanding this Return Policy, Discount Ramps reserves the right to limit or refuse a return for a reason not stated above. This Return Policy may be modified at any time without notice.
